Broken Connections is a community based, non-profit organization providing shelter, food, clothing, transportation and referrals and supportive services to needy individuals & families. Continuously building & strengthening the community by enabling individuals to reclaim and maintain control over their lives. Focused on Kids and youth 10-21.
