Northern Ohio Recovery Association, Inc. (NORA) is a community based substance abuse prevention and peer recovery support organization. NORA provides culturally relevant chemical dependency services to youth, adults, and families in Northeast Ohio. NORA supports and serves in Cuyahoga, Lorain, and Summit counties.
