They also bridge the technology divide that exists by utilizing traditional modes of teaching and learning. The “Breath Book and Bags”
support, while ensuring that children are cared for and have fun as they become prepared for school and facilitate access to additional learning opportunities to enhance students’ mastery of academic content. They also create greater access, affordability, and quality to evaluate and transform early care and education in Wisconsin while creating space for greater equity and inclusion.
